- Bradford White For The Pro is a free manufacturer portal for HVAC/plumbing professionals. Registration is free and open to plumbers, contractors, wholesalers, builders, specifiers, and engineers. The portal provides access to product information, technical documents, digital pocket catalogs, RightSpec sizing/cross-reference tools, calculators, and the For The Pro Training Academy (field training, remote 'live' programs, and self-paced eLearning). Registered users can earn a 'BW Factory Trained' badge displayed on the Bradford White Contractor Finder directory. The portal also includes a Commercial Replacement Program (CPR) enabling contractors to get commercial customers a replacement water heater within hours. The Bradford White Wave smart water heater connectivity platform and Bradford White Connect IoT app are separate related products.
