Jim McFarlane, CEO of JDM Technology Group, said in the announcement that the acquisition expands JDM's product offerings and reinforces its commitment to supporting residential service contractors. The announcement also states that JDM now operates 34 companies which serve more than 18,000 customers worldwide. Paul Carmody, Successware President, said that joining JDM Technology Group marks a new chapter, and that with JDM's support, Successware will continue to develop solutions that meet the evolving needs of its customers.
