BuildOps announced a partnership with Bluon on August 27, 2024, according to a prnewswire.com announcement. The partnership integrates Bluon's tools into the BuildOps platform, giving HVAC technicians access to manuals, parts lists, and real-time support without leaving BuildOps.
Bluon's database covers over 200 brands and nearly 500,000 model families, per the announcement. Alok Chanani, Chief Executive Officer for BuildOps, said the company is the first dedicated commercial platform that integrates with Bluon, delivering value to commercial field technicians across North America. Peter Capuciati, Chief Executive Officer for Bluon, said the integration allows technicians to leverage Bluon's data and support without changing their behavior.
