Registration requires a Viessmann account (free) via account.viessmann-climatesolutions.com or a registration form (Microsoft Forms). The portal consolidates access to other Viessmann digital services including PartnerShop (online ordering), ViGuide (commissioning/monitoring), ViParts (spare parts), ViBooks (technical documentation), and the VPlus loyalty program. All companion mobile apps (ViGuide, ViParts, ViCare) are also free to download. The VPlus loyalty program rewards partners with points for product installations and training attendance, redeemable for tools, electronics, and vouchers. No subscription fees or per-seat pricing were found for any PartnerPortal component.
