Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the rules and guidelines for using Full Stack HVAC services, including the free trial, website builder, hosted websites, platform features, and community content (reviews, ratings, testimonials). By using our services, you agree to comply with this policy. This policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service.

2. Trial Account Usage

  • One active trial per verified phone number at any given time
  • Automated account creation (bots, scripts, or programmatic signups) is prohibited
  • Using disposable or temporary email services to create multiple trial accounts is prohibited
  • Sharing trial account credentials with third parties is prohibited

3. Prohibited Content

Websites built using Full Stack HVAC must not contain:

  • Content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes on third-party intellectual property
  • Misleading or fraudulent business information
  • Fake reviews, fabricated testimonials, or false certifications
  • Content promoting discrimination or harassment
  • Malware, phishing pages, or deceptive downloads

4. Prohibited Activities

  • Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing AI-generated website content to third parties
  • Using the platform to generate websites for businesses you do not own or represent
  • Scraping, crawling, or automated extraction of generated templates, copy, or design patterns
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer the website generation pipeline
  • Circumventing trial limitations (preview-only deployment, noindex tags, banner removal)
  • Using the service to generate content for competing website builder platforms

5. Fair Use of AI Resources

Each trial or subscription includes AI-powered content generation. Excessive or abusive use of generation resources (e.g., repeatedly regenerating content to extract bulk AI-written copy) may result in temporary rate limiting or account review.

6. Enforcement

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy. For first-time violations, we typically provide a warning and an opportunity to correct the behavior. Severe or repeated violations may result in immediate account termination without prior notice.

7. Community Content Standards

User-generated content on our platform (reviews, ratings, testimonials, contractor profiles, comments) must comply with these standards:

  • Content must be truthful and based on genuine experience or knowledge
  • No fabricated reviews, fake testimonials, or artificially inflated ratings
  • No harassment, defamation, or threats directed at contractors or other users
  • No spam, promotional content unrelated to legitimate reviews
  • No disclosure of other users' personal information without consent
  • No attempts to manipulate ratings or artificially suppress competitor content

8. Reporting Violations

If you believe a website, review, or content built on our platform violates this policy, please report it to support@fullstackhvac.com with the site URL, content link, and a description of the violation. For copyright or trademark infringement, see our DMCA & Content Dispute Policy.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active account holders. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
