Free Trial Terms

Effective date: March 25, 2026 · Policy version: 2026-03-25

1. Trial Duration & Access

The Full Stack HVAC free trial lasts 14 days from the date of account creation. During the trial, you receive full access to the website builder, including AI-powered content generation, design customization, and preview deployment. No credit card or payment information is required to start a trial.

2. Signup Requirements

A valid email address (disposable/temporary email addresses are not accepted)
Basic business information (company name, services, location)
Phone verification may be required as an additional anti-abuse measure

3. Preview-Only Deployment

During the trial period, your website is subject to the following limitations:

Served on a *.preview.fullstackhvac.com subdomain
Displays a persistent Full Stack HVAC preview banner
Not indexed by search engines (noindex, nofollow meta tags)
Custom domain assignment is not available
No code export or download functionality
No API access to generated content
Google Business Profile integration is disabled
Schema markup submission to Google is disabled
Analytics tracking widgets are disabled

4. What Happens at Conversion

When you subscribe to a paid plan, the following changes take effect immediately:

Preview banner is removed
Search engine indexing is enabled
Custom domain assignment is unlocked
Google Business Profile integration is activated
Schema markup is submitted
Analytics tracking is enabled
Your site goes live

5. Trial Expiration

If you do not subscribe to a paid plan within 14 days, your trial expires automatically. Your website enters a read-only "expired" state:

The preview URL displays a "Trial Expired" overlay
All site data and configurations are retained for 90 days
You may reactivate at any time during the 90-day retention period by subscribing to a paid plan
After 90 days, expired trial data is permanently deleted

6. Re-Activation

We may send reminder emails at day 7, 14, and 30 after trial expiration. You can reactivate your trial site at any time within the 90-day data retention window by subscribing to any paid plan. Your existing site data, content, and configurations will be preserved.

7. Trial Eligibility

One active trial is permitted per verified phone number at any given time
Phone number reuse for a new trial is permitted 90 days after trial expiry or account closure
Individual contractors evaluating the platform with multiple business configurations are welcome — we consider this normal evaluation behavior
Automated signups, bot-created accounts, and bulk trial creation are prohibited

8. Relationship to Other Terms

These Free Trial Terms supplement our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy. In the event of a conflict, these Free Trial Terms govern the trial-specific provisions.
