Refund Policy

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
All new subscriptions are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the service for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your initial purchase and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
2. Annual Plan Refunds
The 30-day money-back guarantee applies equally to annual subscriptions — you receive a full refund of the annual payment within 30 days, no questions asked. After the 30-day window, annual subscriptions are not eligible for partial refunds for the remaining term, except for Pro Annual plans (see below).
3. Pro Annual Plan
Pro Annual subscriptions are an exception: they are eligible for a prorated refund at any time during the subscription term, with no early termination fee. The refund is calculated based on the number of full months remaining in your billing cycle.
4. Promotional Pricing
If your subscription was purchased at a promotional or discounted price, any eligible refund will be based on the amount you actually paid — not the standard list price.
5. How to Request a Refund
Refunds can be requested through any of the following channels:
- Account dashboard: Navigate to Billing → Request Refund
- Email: Contact support@fullstackhvac.com with your account email and reason for the request
- Pro account manager: Contact your assigned account manager directly (Pro tier only)
6. Free Trial & Refund Interaction
The 14-day free trial does not require payment. The 30-day money-back guarantee applies only after the trial converts to a paid subscription. The guarantee period begins on the date of the first payment, not the date of trial creation. If you cancel during the free trial, no payment is collected and no refund is necessary.
7. Domain Registrations
Domain name registrations are subject to a separate Domain Refund Policy and are generally non-refundable once the domain has been registered. Please review the domain terms at the time of purchase for details.
8. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and will be returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your card issuer or payment provider.
