Domain Management Terms of Service

1. Overview

These Domain Management Terms of Service ("Domain Terms") govern your use of domain registration and management services provided by Full Stack HVAC ("we," "us," "our") as part of the website builder platform. By confirming a domain through the build wizard, you agree to these Domain Terms in addition to our general Terms of Service.

2. Domain Registration

When you register a domain through our platform, Full Stack HVAC acts as the registrant of record with the domain registrar on your behalf. You are the beneficial owner and ultimate decision-maker for the domain, while Full Stack HVAC serves as the agent/registrant to facilitate registration. Domain registrations are subject to the policies of the applicable top-level domain (TLD) registry and ICANN regulations.

  • Domain registration is for a minimum term of one (1) year
  • You are responsible for providing accurate registrant information and maintaining current contact details
  • Domain names are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis
  • We do not guarantee the availability of any specific domain name
  • You may transfer the domain to another registrar at any time, subject to standard transfer policies (60-day lock period typically applies)

3. Subdomain Services

Free subdomains (e.g., yourcompany.fullstackhvac.com) are provided at no additional charge with all service tiers. Subdomain assignments:

  • Remain active as long as your account is in good standing
  • May be changed upon request with 24 hours notice
  • Cannot be transferred to another registrar
  • Are terminated if your account is closed

4. DNS Management

By confirming a domain through our platform, you authorize Full Stack HVAC to:

  • Create, modify, and delete DNS records necessary to operate your website
  • Configure nameservers to point to our hosting infrastructure
  • Provision and renew SSL/TLS certificates for your domain
  • Set up email routing and verification records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) as needed

DNS propagation typically takes 1–48 hours after changes are made. During this period, your website may not be accessible from all locations worldwide.

5. Domain Ownership and Transfer

You are the beneficial owner of any custom domain registered through our platform. Full Stack HVAC holds the registrant-of-record status solely to facilitate registration and management on your behalf. At any time, you may request a transfer authorization code and move the domain to another registrar. Standard ICANN policies apply, including a 60-day lock period following initial registration. To initiate a transfer, contact support@fullstackhvac.com and provide proof of authority over the account.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use domains registered or managed through our platform for:

  • Phishing, fraud, or deceptive practices
  • Trademark infringement or cybersquatting
  • Spam or unsolicited communications
  • Any activity that violates applicable law
  • Content unrelated to legitimate HVAC contractor business activities

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate domain services for any domain used in violation of these terms, without prior notice.

7. Renewal and Expiration

We will notify you by email at least 30 days before your domain is due to expire. Failure to renew may result in domain expiration and potential loss of the domain name. We are not responsible for domain names lost due to non-renewal.

8. Disputes

Domain name disputes between third parties and registrants are handled under ICANN's Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP). We will comply with all valid UDRP decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Full Stack HVAC shall not be liable for any damages arising from domain registration failures, DNS propagation delays, domain expiration, or third-party domain disputes.
